Building Permits

For Building Permits, please select the Apply button under Building/Encroachment Permits.

The review time for a permit does not begin until we have received a complete application. This includes a completed Building Permit Application Form.

NEW! Before beginning any construction or demolition, you must schedule a pre-construction inspection. This inspection should be scheduled only after your permit has been issued.

Planning Projects

For Planning Permits (Projects), please select the Apply button under Planning Projects.

The review time for a project does not begin until we have received a complete application. This includes a completed Planning Application Form.
